Okay, here's the elaboration:
I have tech specs from Iomega and Intel on writing a SCSI
controller for a PP device. I'm having two problems:
1) I'm inept, and don't understand driver programming well enough
to do this.
2) the specifications I have are pretty vague, and right now I'm
relying on the source code for two PP devices used under Linux. So far
that's not helping.
What I'd need is a Linux guru to hold my hand through one device
driver code, and then I could finish this, but alas, there are none in
the Denver area who would tutor me. So this may take a while.
