cdwrite on a scsi device

I , I can't write to my scsi cd-rom.
I can mount it to view a cd-rom, copy files, etc... but I can't write on it.
Here are some information about my system. I think there is a problem at boot time: scsi0: Target 1, channel A, refusing synchronous negotiation; using asynchronous transfers.

Can you help me on that purpose.
