Good day -
How do I initiate a SCSI bus reset without restarting the machine? I
would expect I could unload and reload the host adapter module, but that
would require umounting the root fs hanging off it which I'm trying to
avoid.
Reason for wanting the bus reset is to clear error status on an Exabyte
8505XL drive (internal) also on that bus.
Host adapter: AHA2940
Kernel: 2.0.27 (2.0.32 rsn)
Thanks
Regards
