No it can't without the source code. Which SCSI chip is on this card?
According to http://theref.c3d.rl.af.mil/controllers/c_scsi-at.html (found
on Yahoo by "SCSI and SUMO") this is a SCSI-1 card based on the 53C80. Took
me five minutes to find...
