Hi.

I bothered this list some month ago with a nasty phase-change-problem.
that time i removed my very old ST41600N from the system and
the problem went away.

two weeks ago it happened again. phase change and disk corrupted.
and this time i was unable to find the bug. even if i reduced
my system to ncr-810a, ibm-dcrs and two active terminators and
a good cable it trashed the dcrs.

then i replaced the ncr by another one. new. still happened.
then i replaced the ncr by an 2940UW. and it works.

seems to me as if ncr810a doesnt like the DCRS.

anyone else problems with cheapo-ncr810a and uscsi-devices ?

Gruss,
  Hauke
