I took a quick look at the code that I have, thinking I could just send
you pci.h, but its not there anymore.

There have been some signifcant changes since 2.0.22, including increased
support for this card.  Mine works quite well now.

You can wait for 2.0.31, or download the latest patches to 2.0.30:

ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/testing/pre-patch-2.0.30-7.gz

You will also need:

ftp.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.0/linux-2.0.30.tar.gz
