Device is reporting in the sense data it has a HARDWARE error! No wonder you
are having problems.
ASC=15 is a positioning error, ASCQ=be is vendor unique so without Iomega's
SCSI spec could be anything:(
Looks like it could be a problem with Jaz drive itself. Iomega made a batch
of 75,000 bad cartridges. Check the Iomega web site for details.
