Hi,
I've got an old device (a Philips Laservision Player) which supports SCSI,
but does not respond to the INQUIRY command. My SCSI card (NCR53c810)
notices that there is something there at bootup, but linux totally
ignores it.
Is there any way to drive this device under Linux? I want to just be able
to use the Generic SCSI driver, but this seems to only work against
devices the kernel has recognised.
Hoping someone can help,
Simon
