I'm trying to run linux with a scsi system. Currently, I'm using a
buslogic bt-946c card with 4 drives. 3 drives are scsi I (60 meg, 330
meg, and 330 meg), 1 drive is scsi II (1 gig), and one pioneer scsi cd
changer (4x). My problems comes up when trying to load linux onto all
of the drives, I'm constently having the scsi bus reset itself.
However, if I just load onto the 3 scsi drives, everything is fine.
Also, if I just load on the scsi II drive, everything is fine. Any
ideas on what is wrong? I really want to use all of the drives
together.
By the way, the 2 330 meg drives and the cd changer are external and the
other 2 drives are internal. I've tried it without the 60 meg drive,
but still have the same problems.
TIA,
chris
