Hi Phillips,
Under win95, all the aicxxx cards are supported by the same driver;
according to the description of the aicxxx readme in win95, the 7880
card is in the aicxxx family, and even more, is considered as part of
the 7800 family, which is a set of all the adaptec cards that use the
aic chip.  Therefore, under linux, the same notion should apply.  You
can use the aicxxx driver that supports aha29xx, aha27xx e.t.c to
support that card.
