Problems with aha-1515

I have an ava-1515 SCSI host adapter with an IBM DPES-31080 1Gb SCSI
disk. When i boot linux with the right boot disk image the kernel find
the SCSI host adapter but some errors appears like this : "SCSI BUS FREE
....".
When the boot phase end i try to run the fdisk program that answer to me
like this : "unable to find /dev/sda0".
Why ? Is there someone that know how to configure my adaptec scsi to
boot correctly ?
