Hi,
does any body know why I get a "keyboard timed out" error message when I
try to install redhat linux; I've tried both redhat 3.0.3 and redhat 4.1
and they both hang over "keyboard timed out" This message is repeatedly
sput on the screen until it fills up the entire monitor. On top of
that, rh 4.1 reports that it was unable to open /dev/hda, /dev/hdb,
saying that "/dev/hda not ready"; then it also says "unable to read
partition table".

What it seems like to me is that linux, when I'm installing it, is
looking for an ide disk, but I don't have any, how do I bypass this?
Any suggestions and comments will be welcomed please; thanks
Robert
