Is that with or without SMP? There seem to be problems with SMP support in the
aic7xxx driver. Try without SMP if you've got it enabled. Also boot with
verbose (aic7xxx=verbose), give us a dmesg, and *ensure* the driver is using
the correct terminations settings (use manual if you have to).
