I am running an SMP kernel, and both 2.0.29 AND 2.1.32, and everything
seems to work fine, except I get THOUSANDS of the warning messages
whenever I try to access my CDROM.
I have generally patched out the warning, but this is getting tiresome and
I would like to know what is happening and how to fix it permanently. I
have a fixed disk and zip drive in addition to the cdrom on the SCSI bus,
but I boot off an IDE drive. No sound module is loaded. Is there any way
to find out how much DMA memory is available?
This didn't/doesn't seem to happen on my non-SMP system, but it has
different hardware (except for the SCSI card and CD-ROM).
