Is it normal for adaptec aha-3940W??

I just saw on the web(www.trucost.com) the Adaptec AHA-3940W scsi host
adapter being sold for only 45 dollars; (yes, forty five dollars). Is
this normal? Is there something wrong here? Please someone tell me;
isn't that card supposed to cost above 400 dollars? Or is it not a true
AHA-3940 from adaptec?
