Hi all,
The Linux NCR 57,8xx SCSI driver uses perl during kernel compilation.
The problem is, it expects perl4, and fails to work on perl5.
(And yes, I am using perl5.000, not an alpha/beta perl5.)
Now, I don't know enough perl to fix this myself; could perhaps
someone in the know try out perl5, and maybe fix the problem?
