I'm told that the Linux NCR35c810 driver won't handle SCSI tape drives
too well. Since I am about to own an Exabyte 4200 DAT drive, I'd like
to find a good way to get it to work on my Linux configuration, which
includes the NCR SCSI controller. One idea I had was to hook it up
via an Adaptec AHA-1510. The 1510 seems to be the least expensive
SCSI controller that is well-supported by Linux.

Does anyone know if this is likely to work ?
