If I may be so bold --

What scsi controller are you using with your jaz drive? I recently
purchased an Adaptec 2940AU and am having trouble getting it recognized
by my linux -- kernel 1.2.13.

My next step is to try building the 2.0.27 kernel and hope for the best. If
you have any advice/direction/hope/despair to share, I would greatly
appreciate it.

Thanks.

David
