I have a scsi driver built into my kernel (not a module).
How do I get it to rescan the scsi devices (ex: I turn on/off a device).
I recall I wrote some magic strings out someplace, I haven't been able to
find it in the kernel (2.0.27) or the SCSI-HOWTO...
