[1010] in linux-scsi channel archive

I found a question to this problem with 2048-byte sectors
with linux scsi from dartseng@mbox.vol.it somehow with my search engine.
I also have this problem ith my NCR810-SCSI-Adapter.
Studiing kernel scsidisk-driver sd.c I found that the current driver doesn't support more
than 1024 bytes/sector. Do you have/find a solution for this problem ?
