Sorry to ask but I am trying to compile satan 1.1.1 on my linux
machine and I am having no luck at all.

I am running 1.2.11 kernel and Slackware 2.0.2 package....

Not sure what other info is required here...I am basicly still a
newbie to this.

When I run make linux it runs through until it gets to the
'port_scan" area. At that point it pops up with a couple of warnings
about LITTLE_ENDIAN being redefined and then falls over with the
following....

tcp_scan.c: In function 'receive_icmp':
tcp_scan.c:468: field 'ip' has incomplete type
tcp_scan.c:486: dereferencing pointer to incomplete type
             .
             .
more of the same, finally giving -

make: *** [tcp_scan.o] Error 1

I have no idea where to go from here. I have next to no knowledge of
'C', so the tcp_scan.c means little to me.

Could anyone point me in the right direction here please? I guess I
expect to be able to do too much with next to no knowledge.

Many thanks in advance,
BRad.
