Try this setup:

You have not said what you have tried so far, and what the problem is.
However, make sure that A and B have PPP, SLIP and CSLIP compiled in. Also
make sure IP forwarding is turned on in A and B and the gateway (but if
the gateway is functional to the machines on the first ethernet, you can
safely assume that IP forwarding is on in the gateway.)
