I was already using CONFIG_IP_ALWAYS_DEFRAG, so yes... I was using it with
IP transparent proxy.  How does that combination get around ftp hanging
where the ip_masq-ftp module does not?  This avoids the whole issue of
timeouts?  What are the tradeoffs between increasing the timeout and using
transparent proxy with always defrag?
