What I was talking about (and maybe its only a version or two) was when 
there were compile errors, and all the errors lie in /usr/src/linux/include/*
directories that are affected..  Or when a filename is expected and isnt there
(I hasve only seen that when there is also a problem of something not being
defined or defined different)
