Yes.  I've been working on this for a while.  My code is currently bound 
to my particular adapter (AHA1522), but I intend to make it talk 
through the generic SCSI interface.

My driver is just a network interface, loaded with insmod and brought up 
with ifconfig.  The ARP implementation is also quite primitive right now 
-- the fourth octet of theIP address is mapped directly to the SCSI ID 
(ie. datagrams to 192.0.12.1 would be sent to SCSI ID 1).

I haven't mad much time to work on it recently, though. :-(
