Is it possible to have several links, of arbitrary type, between two hosts,
and do load balancing between them? I know we have the eql driver in the
kernel, but that looks like it only works for serial lines -- what I want to
do is have, say, multiple 10Mbps Ethernet links for higher bandwidth.
