I am having a very strange problem. The acm organization at UMR is exporting
nfs so I can boot linux on the machines in the computer labs and then use them
as additional unix machines.
However, I have had to use loadlin and an initrd because AIX is exporting
nfs such that all /dev files appear to have major number of 0 even though
the major numbers are correct on the aix machine.
Is this a but in (probably) AIX, or is there something on the linux end of
things I could do?
