Double check the /etc/resolv.conf file. You should have a nameserver
line in it set to your provider's nameserver. If you can ping a number,
but not a name, that's one of your problems.
The nameserver listed for shani.net is shani.co.il (192.115.25.1).
Try pinging 192.114.83.18 (shani-actcom.actcom.co.il) which is your
provider's nearest neighbor, according to traceroute.
