Current logins go in utmp; wtmp is the log.

Most likely you've got more than one utmp file. There are three
locations for utmp; make sure they all refer to the same file:
	/etc/utmp
	/var/adm/utmp
	/var/run/utmp

In any event, the current versions of rlogind and telnetd can be
gotten from NetKit-B-0.07A or NetKit-B-0.08 (which I will be releasing
later tonight.)

Please note that "NetKit-B-0.07B" is a bogus unauthorized release;
please delete it and definitely don't use it.
