The Newbridge Book Club (http://www.booksonline.com) would be an 
excellent source for ANY book regarding ANY techincal topic regarding 
PC/open server/networking/UNIX/Linux/TCP-IP/Novell/C, C++/Visual 
Basic/The Latest books for IP6 revisions/etc... ........

They are out of Delran, New Jersey and also go by the name of the
