The file linux/Documentation/networking/ncsa-telnet says that
the fixed version of NCSA telnet (which can talk to hosts using
path MTU discovery) is available from ftp.ists.pwr.wroc.pl.
Unfortunately, this is no longer true - the disk with the
whole anonymous ftp archive (a 5 years old 5.25 inch full
height Maxtor ESDI drive, whopping 640MB!) died, with no
backups (most machines here are severely underpowered
anyway, tape backup is a luxury, sorry - besides, see the
quote in the signature).
Fortunately, it's still on the original site (very slow) but
not on many popular DOS ftp sites (like simtel), so someone
(with faster links to *.za than me) could upload it there.
