Well, I run INN. I've set it up from scratch on another distribution and it
runs great "right out of the box" with the redhat distribution.

I'd be glad to give you a hand.

While, I don't recall seeing this problem; with some log file excerpts and
copies of various configuration files, we should be able to locate the problem.

What distribution of redhat are you running?
