No. Most things will work.

There are some versions op a program called "ipxbridge" on tsx-11 under
this name or in a recent "dosemu" package.
"ipxbridge" and "iptunnel" contain most buildingblocks to create such
a program. But this will require time :-)
Obvious warning: bridging is more general, but can cost more bandwith.
