Has anyone released a new NetKit or patches to make in.telnetd and
in.rlogind and friends aware of the new names? I found and used a patch
for 1.2.x about a year ago that provided 256 pty's, but the naming was up
in the air, and many programs had to be recompiled to know about the new
ptys.
