You can get receipt in elm as soon as the mail is delivered to the
destination mail system by including the elm header
'Return-Receipt-To' . This elm header can be included in the file
'elmheaders' or can be included from 'elm' itself .
Note that this is not the same as ccmail receipt as the receipt is not
returned after the receipient reads the mail.
