Linux Community vs. ET (Dennis) not flame

I can see some room for complaints on both sides.
I have a problem with Dennis's comments because he jumped to the
conclusion and seems to insist on staying there that ' most of you guys
is that you complain, complain, complain` and that we are virtual
fanatics. We are loyal and we try to explain our position. But most of
us are resonable hard working people who like linux because it didn't
cost $50,000 for a source liscense and allows us to try our own hand at
making a computer more responsive to us.
If as Dennis has said below the data is available to allow any of us to
write our own driver, then none have the right to complain. He has
chosen a valid method of making his product available to the Linux
community if he doesn't update his driver as fast as you like. Write
your own. If you use GPL restricted options then live up to those
options. If you want others to test, assist etc. Then release it
