Interesting. How do you do an ethernet bw limiter without modifying GPLed
code ? Is it just a wrapper module that discards incoming/outgoing
frames if they exceed the apropriate rate ?
Maybe someone could fill in the details of what is expected from such
a feature since if there is demand for it and if it's dead simple i'm sure
we can make a GPL version of it....
