Your assumption that we don't address customer issues promptly shows that
you know
nothing about our company. We fix things faster than you can most of the
time, so your
premise that you can't survive without source is simply wrong. We know our
driver and
hardware inside out.....we  have problems fixed before you would even get
the thing
compiled. We have a vested interest in getting the bugs out. The only times
that we 
perhaps react negatively is when someone who cant give us any technical
details about
whats wrong won't follow our instructions or get us the information we need.
Technically
prowess customers (which you'd have to be it you were going to use source
anyway) get
great support from us.

If you HAVE to use beta kernels, then we cant help you. but as far as fixing
bugs is 
concerned theres not f*ing way you can do better than we can.
