Home of NetKit, bind, and net-tools utilities?

Can anyone tell me the "home" of the NetKit, bind and net-tools
and other "important" networking packages?

I've now upgraded to:

linux-2.0
gcc-2.7.2 (elf)
libc-5.3.12
binutils-2.6.0.14
libg++-2.7.1.4

and I'm now busy upgrading all my old (a.out) networking software.

I've tried to compile NetKit-A-0.10 and got some really ugly errors
like this:

make[1]: Entering directory `/usr/src/NetKit-A-0.10/bootpc.v031'
cc -O2 -Wall -pedantic -c bootpc.c
bootpc.c: In function `main':
bootpc.c:172: subscripted value is neither array nor pointer
bootpc.c:264: cannot convert to a pointer type
bootpc.c:272: cannot convert to a pointer type
bootpc.c:283: incompatible type for argument 2 of `memcpy'

I've yet to try my luck with NetKit-B-0.05 (where is B-0.06 that I've
seen mentioned?) or NetKit-N-0.01. (Are there any others?)

I did have more luck with net-tools-1.32-alpha, but is this the latest version?
Same for bind... where is its home site, and what's the latest version?

I also need to recompile other things like wu-ftpd. Is there a
definitive kept-up-to-date list somewhere with all this info, and a
list of "necessary" networking software?

If someone's got a simple repository that's mirroring all the latest
stuff, then it would be good to know about it.

Many thanks.

BTW, linux-2.0 has *NOT* proved stable for me. I've had it OOPs twice
now :-(

I did managed to get some dumps of the OOPs's, but when I feed them to
(a freshly compiled linux-2.0) ksymoops with: `ksymoops /System.map <
linux-2.0-oops' I just get segfaults and coredumps. <sigh> Any
suggestions about this one? Perhaps it's a combination of the new
gcc/libc/binutils/libg++ ?

(Sorry, I'd normally mention this in linux-kernel, but I'm not
subscribed... the bandwidth it can consume is just unbelievable! :)

Cheers                               .
