The program is called "ipfwadm" (with the "fw" in the middle) and you
can find it on
ftp://ftp.xos.nl/pub/linux/ipfwadm/ipfwadm-1.2.tar.gz
Manual pages are included. I am still planning to write something like
a HOWTO (the current Firewall-HOWTO only deals with application level
firewalls, as far as I know), but I didn't find the time to do so.

I didn't create a .lsm file nor did I upload the tool to sunsite etc.
because it was the intention of Alan Cox to include it in the next
(current?) version of net-tools. Don't know whether this is already
done at the moment.
