I have moved the include for interrupt.h to be within the #ifdef __KERNEL__
in netdevice.h. in the kernel source tree. I cant say this is the  real
fix but is seemd like the right thing to do. User mode programs dont
need that interrupt stuff and it causes all sorts of ugly
hacks otherwise. pppd is not the only user mode program affected.
