Hello,
I just released ipfwadm 2.1, supporting the full functionality of
IP firewalling and accounting of Linux 1.99.7 (aka pre2.0.7) and
above. It can be found at:
ftp://ftp.xos.nl/pub/linux/ipfwadm/ipfwadm-2.1.tar.gz
It should also work with all kernels since 1.3.66, although this
is not tested. Some of the new features will only work for kernels
1.99.7 and newer.
New features include:
- Support for packet redirection (one of the key elements needed
for transparent proxying).
- Support for input-only and output-only accounting rules.
See the accompanying manual pages for all details.
