No
I have a feeling that my problem is that we use IGRP. Therefore gated
cannot see the routes and will not set up the routing table.

If we had a version of gated that supported the IGRP from Cisco, this would
be solved.

I am looking into the legalities of creating a new version of gated to help
solve this problem.

Since my local subnet at home is not registered in the IGRP, I am not
getting any replies back.

Thats my therory anyways.

What I am currently looking into is using the Linux box as a proxy for the
internet or spoofing my address through it. This way I can use the "ISP's"
address that is assigned to me to access the net.

The Linux box will look like a firewall to the internet, which is not all
that bad.

Sorry I cannot help that much. Trace your IP to see what is happening to
it. In my case the packets were being routed, but their was no reply.
