SMC PCI??

In our linux box we currently
have the SMC Ultra card which
has worked well for quite a while.
I got my hands on the SMC PCI
card and wish to put it in place
but didn't find support for it
in the kernel we're running.(1.2.13)
I called SMC but the guy I talked to
wasn't all too helpful.
Anyone know where I can locate a driver
for this card?
