This issue recently has been beaten to death in
comp.os.linux.development.system, so maybe you can retrieve the information
from that newsgroup when your server has reasonably long expiry times.
(if not: no, I did not save the thread, but is was *LONG* and as usual
on usenet, the same arguments recycled several times)
