Hi, I have a question about routers. How do I connect a router to a
Linux box? Ok, LAN! But how linux connects to the router? What makes
the router visible to Linux ?

In my head, an ISP layout is something like this:

   / My local network
   |
Firewall
   | / User Acct 28.8k SLIP/PPP
LinuxBox -- Multiserial - User Acct 28.8k SLIP/PPP
   | \ User Acct 28.8k SLIP/PPP
   | (LAN)
   |
Router -- Inet 64K backbone (WAN)

Is that right ?
