Actually, networks like another.org, dal.net and undernet.org have
`services' that let you do things like register channels and nicknames
permanently, and have that binding.

They don't release their source for the services stuff though.

I'm currently working on patches for that, which I will GPL when I think
they're halfway there.  :)
