Hi all. I have read the NET-2-HOWTO now, and I am confused on exactly
what I need to get my situation to work. I would like to have one linux
box connected to the internet via ppp, and my sparc and my other linux
box to be able to telnet thru the one with the modem to the internet.
I think I need to use either routed, or gated, but the gated on sunsite
is missing a few things. The HOWTO states that there are config file
samples in the binary on sunsite, but there is in fact not. I dowloaded
the src file (Beta3), but that does not compile. I managed to make it
thru a few of the compile problems, (#include's wrong) but there is more
to it than that.
Is routed/gated in fact what I need for my situation?
Thanks,
Dave Wreski
