Hi all
I would like to connect two systems using a ppp and a null modem cable. Is it
enough to run on 8250 hardware, or is 16550 a requirement (if using +19200 bps).
Another question; how do I setup the client (caller) side ? I assume that the
server just has a normal login tty, and then run a script with "pppd passive" and
possibly some more parameters (I have seen an explanation somewhere).
If you, Dear Reader, has a working setup or the Right Answers, please share them
with me! Btw, my current versions is 1.3.96 and 1.2.13 with ppp 2.2.0.e.
