how to have the same name in different ether cards?

We have a router in our department that connects the hubs. It has 3
ehter cards, which obviously have different IP numbers (isn't there a
way to hide this or make them really have the same number?). It also
has a different name for each number. Isn't it possible to make it
have only one name?
